The Task

Increasingly, powerful technology tools are placed in classrooms, and teachers are challenged to make the best uses of them to provide content rich learning experiences for students.

A WebQuest is an activity in which some or all of the information that learners interact with comes from resources on the Internet. WebQuests of either short or long duration are designed to make the best use of a learner's time (and connect time) by being focused on a clear task.

With that in mind, your task will be to preview three WebQuests that have been developed by teachers for your grade level. Together, you and your grade level counterparts will discuss the perceived strengths and weaknesses of each of these WebQuests and choose one that you will then incorporate into your curriculum.
